  Yes, customer can still enjoy the FREE 3-month Zerolution Installments. Customers who have signed up on Maxis Postpaid 128 may to upgrade to Maxis Postpaid 158 dan continue to enjoy the FREE 3 months Zerolution instalments.

• If customer has signed up for Maxis Postpaid 128 and decides to downgrade his plan, can he still enjoy the free 3 months Zerolution fee?

  Downgrading to lower Maxis Postpaid plan will trigger contract termination and the FREE 3-month Zerolutotion Installment will be terminated.

• Is this offer available for all CIMB cardholders?

  Eligible customer will receive SMS invitation.

• If I have forwarded the SMS to a friend who is also a CIMB cardholder, can he enjoy the offer?

  No, the offer is available for eligible customer who receive SMS invitation.

• Can I enjoy this offer if I walk into any Maxis outlet or call in to customer service?

  No. This offer can only be accepted via SMS invitation.

• Can I choose another phone model?
