Postpaid To Prepaid

  • You may make your request at Maxis Centres.

    Things to note:

    • Tenure of your postpaid line must be 6 months and above;
    • Ensure your postpaid line is not obligated with a contract;
    • The Postpaid must be registered under your name and ID. If your postpaid is registered under company, please proceed with transfer of ownership before change.
    • Do ensure all outstanding bill for your account(s) is settled.
    • Upon successful change, there will be a final prorated bill.
