• I have an existing Maxis Postpaid 98 line, am I able to enjoy this promotion?

  No, this offer is only applicable for new sign up of Maxis Postpaid 98 and Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 98.
  

• Where can I sign up for this RM20 x 24 month rebate promotion?

  This offer is available at all Maxis stores nationwide including Maxis Online Store.
  

• Can I upgrade to higher rateplan when I’m enjoying the rebate?

  Yes, you may upgrade your rateplan and continue to enjoy the rebate within 24 months.
  

• Can I downgrade to lower rateplan when I’m enjoying this rebate?

  Yes, you may downgrade your rateplan however rebate will be disconnected.
  

• Is this rebate offer available on Maxis Family Plan?

  No, this offer is only applicable for new sign up of Maxis Postpaid 98 and Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 98.
  

• What happens if I leave Maxis halfway throughout the promo?

  You may terminate your line anytime. If your mobile line is contracted, early termination charge will be applicable.
  

• Can I take this offer multiple times?

  Yes, you will enjoy RM20 for 24 months on each new mobile line on Maxis Postpaid 98 and Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 98, up to maximum 10 lines per NRIC.
  

• What will happen after 24 months?

  The rebate is only valid for 24 months and it will offset your monthly commitment. The rebate offer will be ended after 24 months.
