Schedule an Appointment

  • We will confirm the appointment with you upon submitting your Home Fibre application. 

  • We offer FREE Next Day/ Rest Day Installation worth RM150 for Maxis Home Fibre 500Mbps & above plan(s). This offer is available on a promotional basis from time to time, and subject to availability of slots. 

    Rest day based on states:

    • Terengganu, Kelantan & Kedah: Friday
    • Johor: Saturday
    • Other states: Sunday
  • To reschedule, email us at fos@maxis.com.my. Do contact us three (3) days prior to your installation date to avoid any late cancellation or reschedule charges.

    Requests for appointment rescheduling less than 2 days/ 48 hours before the appointment date is chargeable at RM200. 

  • Appointment rescheduling or cancellation requests are free of charge if done more than 2 days/ 48 hours before the appointment (for installation visits) or at least 1 day before the appointment (for restoration visits). 

    • For installation: There will be a late rescheduling or cancellation fee of RM200 if the rescheduling or cancellation request is made less than 2 days/ 48 hours before the appointment date.
    • For restoration: There will be a late rescheduling or cancellation fee of RM100 if the rescheduling or cancellation request is made on the day of the appointment date.
