    • Yes! For 500Mbps and above plans, enjoy FREE Next Day/Weekend Installation (worth RM150)! 🎉

     

    Weekend days:

    • Terengganu, Kelantan, Kedah: Friday
    • Other states: Sunday
    • Subject to slot availability and promotions.
  • Email us: Reach out at fos@maxis.com.my at least 3 days before your appointment to avoid fees.

    Late changes charge:-

    • Installation: RM200 fee if rescheduled/cancelled <48 hours before.
    • Restoration visits: RM100 fee if rescheduled/cancelled on the day.
  • Free if done:

    • Installation: More than 48 hours before.
    • Restoration: At least 1 day before.

     

    Fees apply for last-minute changes:

    • Installation: RM200 (<48 hours notice).
    • Restoration: RM100 (same-day notice).
