  • First, visit here to check if your new address is within coverage.

    If your new address is within coverage, to request for relocation, just walk-in to any Maxis Store. A service relocation fee of RM300 will be applicable. On the installation day, please bring along the Maxis equipment (e.g. modem, router, etc.) to the new installation address.

    If your new address is not within our coverage area, you may contact us for termination request. Early termination fee is applicable if your existing service and home devices are still within contract.

  • This would be depending on the location. Different areas may use different VOIP number range.

  • Your fibre commitment period and active device contracts (if any) will continue on your new fibre service.

  • There is a 24-month contract period starting from the subscription date, not the delivery date. Device remaining balance will be charged if any of the following occurs during the contract period:

    • Termination before contract ends
    • Transfer ownership
    • Relocation to non-serviceable address
    • Downgrade from original Fibre or Home 4G WiFi entry plan
    • Cease to be a Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre or Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Home 4G WiFi subscriber
