First, visit here to check if your new address is within coverage.
If your new address is within coverage, to request for relocation, just walk-in to any Maxis Store. On the installation day, please bring along your modem to new installation address; RM200 may be applicable for new modem.
If your new address is not within our coverage area, bring along your modem and walk into your nearest Maxis Centre to terminate your fiber service. Early termination fee is applicable if your existing service and home devices are still within contract.
This would be depending on the location. Different areas may use different VOIP number range.
Your fibre commitment period and active device contracts (if any) will continue on your new fiber service.
There is a 24-month contract period starting from the subscription date, not the delivery date. Device remaining balance will be charged if any of the following occurs during the contract period:
