Maxis Fibre Pre-Installation Offer

  • The Maxis Fibre Pre-Installation Offer will provide instant internet connectivity with Maxis Home 4G WiFi 138 plan to any new Maxis Fibre customers who are experiencing port full at the point of sign up or are within identified soon-to-be covered area. Subscribers of Maxis Fibre Pre-Installation Offer will be upgraded Maxis Home Fibre upon fibre service availability at the location.

  • The Maxis Fibre Pre-Installation Offer includes a RM50 x 24 months rebate on Maxis Home 4G WiFi 138 plan starting from the subscription date of the Maxis Home 4G WiFi 138 plan. The Maxis Home 4G WiFi 138 plan will be terminated once Maxis Fibre is installed, billing and the 24 months contract of Maxis Home Fibre will commence.

    With the installation and commencement of Maxis Fibre, there will be no early termination penalty for termination of Maxis Home 4G WiFi 138 plan.

  • You will enjoy Maxis Home 4G WiFi 138 with RM50 monthly rebate, and you only pay RM88/month up to a maximum of 24 months.

    Once the fibre installation is completed, the Maxis Home 4G WiFi 138 plan will be terminated.

    Billing for your new Maxis Home Fibre will commence.

  • Yes. As part of our preparation for future installation, we will contact you to finalise your selection of Maxis Home Fibre plan (100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps, 800Mbps, 1Gbps or 2Gbps) and sign you up for the offer.

  • You will be provided with a fibre router, 4G data SIM card and 4G dongle also known as Fibre-in-a-box.

  • The 4G data SIM card will be activated within 24-hour upon successful delivery to you. Follow the simple steps as below for set up:

    Step 1:  Press firmly on the front of the 4G USB Modem casing and push downwards to slide off the cover.
    Step 2: Insert the 4G SIM card into the modem.
    Step 3: Slide the modem cover gently back into place.
    Step 4: Insert the modem into the router’s USB port securely. Indicator light will be on static Green or Blue mode once plugged in.

  • We are offering multiple connected Home Devices on Zerolution with Maxis Fibre and Maxis Home 4G WiFi with installment from as low as RM1 per month, depending on your Maxis Home Internet plan.

    You may sign up Home Zerolution Contract on Maxis Home 4G WiFi while waiting for fibre installation; the contract duration will be carried over to Maxis Home Fibre once the fibre service is up.

  • Yes. However, early termination fee will be applicable for both services:

    1. Maxis Home 4G WiFi 138: Device remaining balance will be calculated based on [(Recommended Retail Price (RRP) – (Upfront Cost) x (Remaining month(s) ÷ 12 months)]
    2. Maxis Home Fibre: RM200 cancellation charge
