Registration

  • You may create a new Geng Gamer account with Maxis ID using either your Maxis mobile number or e-mail address (for non-Maxis subscriber) 

  • Yes, both mobile number and email address are required to register with Geng Gamer. These will be used to verify your identity and to ensure no one else is registering or logging in using your details.

  • Geng Gamer only allows each user to have a single valid account. Your account will be linked to your email address and the mobile number used for registration. You will not be allowed to create multiple accounts using the same details.  

  • The information you provided during registration is only used for your login and contact detail purposes - please see the Geng Gamer data policies for more details.

Profile

  • Personal details can be edited once the user is logged in under 'Account Details'. Personal details, avatar, game IDs and short bio are all editable.

  • Personal bio can be edited once the user is logged in, under 'Account Details'.

  • Transaction history can be viewed in My Profile once the user is logged in, under 'Transactions'.

  • Bookmarked content is listed within the My Account section under 'Bookmarks' once the user is logged in. Users can view articles and videos that they have previously bookmarked and can view content or delete the bookmark.

Shop

  • The Geng Gamer Shop offers a wide range of game direct top-ups and vouchers. From time to time, the Shop offers time critical special promotions and deals. Be sure to visit the Geng Gamer website to seize the special offers. 

  • You are required to enter your game ID at the point of purchase for the credits to processed directly to your game account. Each game has its different format. Be sure to read the instruction on how to key the game specific ID.

  • Once you have successfully paid for the game vouchers, you will receive the voucher codes upon purchase confirmation and through email. You will then be required to enter the codes in your game app to enjoy the new credits. 

  • Kindly check your transaction details and ensure you have entered the correct Game ID for direct top-ups and the correct email address for game vouchers.

  • Please check your Geng Coin balance if it is sufficient for you to perform the purchase. If balance falls below the amount of the Shop's payable amount, you are required to reload your Geng Coins.

  • Geng Coins (GC = Geng Coins) is the game currency being used within Geng Gamer for any purchase of in-game items or vouchers. The conversion rate is RM1=100 GC

Geng Coin

  • These are the reload options for the Geng Coins:

    • Pay with Maxis (Charge to bill/Hotlink credit)
  • You can use the Geng Coins to purchase items in the Shop or any transaction within Geng Gamer.

  • At any given time, you are only allowed to maintain 150,000 GC (GC= Geng Coins). Additional reloads to the will not be allowed until the amount is used.

  • Any amount reloaded into the Geng Coins cannot be withdrawn/cash-out except as form of payment for purchases made within Geng Gamer platform.

  • If the Geng Gamer system detects the account inactivity for 720 days without any transaction activity, the balance of the Geng Coins will be expired. 

  • You may view your reload history via the Transactions page

  • Your reload transaction may take up to 24 hours to be credited into your account. If it is not reflected in your account, kindly contact Customer Care at 1-800-82-1123 should this attempt fail.

    For Prepaid, the limit is RM5000/month for purchases on Direct Carrier Billing as long as you have sufficient Hotlink Credit.

How to Redeem Vouchers

    1. Visit Midasbuy website https://www.midasbuy.com/my/redeem/pubgm
    2. Enter your Character ID and your redeem code. (Note: redeem code must be the pin code of your voucher )
    3. You can check your account in PUBG mobile after he confirmation that your redemption was successful.

    1. Open your Steam, go to your profile and select View My Wallet.
    2. Click on the Redeem a Steam Gift Card or Wallet Code.
