  • Maxis Home 4G WiFi is available for new registration for both Malaysian and foreigner over the age 18 years.

  • Yes. You will have to pay for one month of rate plan advance payment, which will be offset against the first month’s invoice. Any balance will be carried forward to the following month.

  • Yes. Just call us or walk in to your nearest Maxis store to upgrade.

  • This plan does not support calls and outgoing SMS.

  • Yes, there is a 12-month contract if you sign up for a plan with modem. There is no contract period if purchasing the SIM-only plan.

  • Yes, you can use this service while roaming overseas. However, please note that rates differ while roaming. To use the service, please ensure that your International Roaming service is activated. You may enjoy DataRoam Pass with 500MB of high-speed data in over 115 countries or special Go WiFi Data Roam to use your domestic quota in more than 10 countries.

  • While roaming in these countries (Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Brunei, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong , Macau, and Taiwan), you can continue browsing according to your domestic data quota for just RM10/day (expires at midnight of the country capital time).

  • You can check your quota usage on Maxis app, UMB (*100#) or Maxis Self Serve.

  • If your device is still under warranty (12 months), walk in to any Maxis Centre for a one-on-one replacement.

  • This offer is for Maxis Home 4G WiFi customers with existing Maxis Postpaid principal lines (RM98 and above). Eligible customers will enjoy RM30 x 12 months rebate for their Maxis Home 4G WiFi 138 plan and it will be reflected in your bill from the 2nd bill onwards.

  • Upon termination of your Maxis Postpaid line during the offer period, your Maxis Home 4G WiFi service will remain active, however you will no longer enjoy the discounted rate of RM108/month.

  • This offer is for customers with existing Maxis Postpaid principal lines who sign up for a new Maxis Home 4G WiFi plan only.

  • If you're on Maxis Home 4G WiFi 78/ 108, yes, once your allocated internet quota finishes, you may continue to browse at reduced speed (64kbps) until your next monthly refresh. To continue enjoying the service at regular speeds, you may purchase non-recurring time based passes.

    You may switch to Maxis Home 4G WiFi 138 to enjoy unlimited data, T&C applys.

  • You can purchase time based passes through your Maxis app.

  • It will first be drawn from your time based pass (if you have purchased one), followed by your plan-based quota.
