Call Forwarding

You can verify if the service is active via Maxis app:
- select the line under All Services,
- tap on View all,
- tap on Add-Ons and ensure the call forwarding service is checked
If it is, you can manage it on your own phone settings, whenever you need to. -
There is a monthly fee of RM3.
Any calls answered by the forwarded number will be charged as local call if you are not roaming.

Forwarded calls answered while roaming incur roaming call rates. Check rates here: Maxis Roaming Charges. For roaming call charges, you may refer to www.maxis.com.my/roaming.

To deactivate call forwarding service, go to Maxis app,
- select the line under All Services,
- tap on View all,
- tap on Add-Ons and uncheck Call Forwarding.
