Here is the step by step guide on how to perform a trace route to identify the route through the internet from one computer to another:
Step 1: Navigate to the Windows Start Menu.
Step 2: Input “command prompt” in the search box and click “Enter”.
Step 3: Input tracert command followed by the destination IP address/domain.
Step 4: Once the trace is complete, please screenshot and share your results with our customer care consultant for further troubleshooting.

Here is the step by step guide on how to check the specifications of your LAN adaptor:
Step 1: Move your cursor to the bottom right of your desktop screen to show the hidden icons.
Step 2: Locate the “Network” icon.
Step 3: Right click on the “Network” icons and select “Open Network & Internet settings”.
Step 4: Navigate to and click “Network and Sharing Center”.
Step 5: Click on your LAN Network.
Step 6: Click “Properties”.
Step 7: Click “Configure”.
Step 8: Navigate to “Speed & Duplex”.
Step 9: Click “Value” and you will be able to see the maximum negotiation value of your Network Adaptor.
