‘Pay with Maxis/ Hotlink bill’ no longer available via Mubi’s website

  • Mubi will stop offering “Pay with Maxis/ Hotlink bill” as a payment option from 15 May 2022.

    1. If your subscription renewal is before 15 May 2022, renewal will be successful, and you may continue to enjoy Mubi services till it expires. Once your subscription ends you may then sign up again via below options:
      1. Via Maxis TV website (https://tv.maxis.com.my/) - You may continue using Maxis billing by subscribing to Mubi Monthly Premium Access with 10GB mobile data.
      2. Via Mubi website (https://mubi.com/) – You may use other payment options - PayPal, Credit and Debit cards: Master Card and VISA. Mubi also accept VISA debit cards, except for VISA Electron.
    2. If your subscription renewal is after 15 May 2022 onwards, once your subscription expires, you may then sign up again via below options:
      1. Via Maxis TV website (https://tv.maxis.com.my/) - You may continue using Maxis billing by subscribing to Mubi Monthly Premium Access with 10GB mobile data.
      2. Via Mubi website (https://mubi.com/) – You may use other payment options - PayPal, Credit and Debit cards: Master Card and VISA. Mubi also accept VISA debit cards, except for VISA Electron.

    Example : Existing ‘Pay with Maxis/ Hotlink bill’ customer via Mubi website:

    1. Billing date 1st April 2022 – subscription renewal is successful.
    2. Next billing date 1st May 2022 – subscription renewal is successful.
    3. Next billing date 1st June 2022 – subscription renewal will fail. Please re-subscribe via above options.
  • You may use the same Email/ Mobile Number and have access to same content.

  • MUBI do not retain records of user’s payment details. However, if you wish to delete your MUBI profile, you may do so from Mubi website under ‘Account Settings’, or by contacting support@mubi.com
