  • Home Fibre customers will receive one bill for fibre and VOIP service instead of separate bills. 

  • We have combined the bills for Fibre and VOIP service into ONE bill for your easy reference. 

  • No, the VoIP account will be transferred to the existing Fibre account.

  • Yes, you can. However, the Fibre & VoIP services need to be transferred to your GSM account.

  • Yes, you can combine all services into one bill. Please contact us via Live Chat or call us.

  • The unused accounts will be inactive.

  • No, the bill charges must be paid up in that account.

  • Retaining 2 separate accounts is no longer allowed as combining the 2 services into 1 account would enable better billing and management of the services.
