Annual Summary of Invoices

  • Annual Summary of Invoices is the summary of your Maxis invoices for previous year. Eg: if you're submitting in the year 2026, you will get the copy for year 2025.

  • We have prepared the summary for each account. To have it emailed to you, you just need to submit your request on Maxis app or Maxis Care.

  • You can submit your request on the following channels:

    Maxis app > Bills > Annual Sumary of Invoices
    Maxis Care Portal > Bills > Annual Summary of Invoices
    Hotlink Self Serve Portal > Bills > Annual Summary of Invoices
    Maxis WhatsApp > Manage My Account & Billing Inquiries > Manage My Billing > Request Bill and Annual Invoice Summary

    A copy of the Annual Summary of Invoices will be emailed to you in 24 hours.

  • Your bill is on per account basis; therefore the Annual Summary of Invoices is available on per account basis. You just need to submit your request for summary of the respective accounts which you require.

  • The summary will be based on your monthly bill of the previous year, which is not applicable to Hotlink Prepaid.

  • If you're already on eBill, the copy will be delivered to the same valid email address.

  • No. Your bill delivery option will remain as what you've preferred. Should you want to activate eBill, you may do so by choosing Manage eBill function.

  • We are able to provide summary of the year before; if you are on eBill, you may check your email box for records. 

  • Missing months in your Annual Summary of Invoices typically occur if there was an account change (like separation or consolidation), a transfer of ownership, or if you switched to Maxis during the year.

    1. For Account Changes:
      • If your previous account was terminated, please contact us to request its Annual Summary.
      • If the account remains active under your IC, you can request the summary for the specific account you need through our apps and self-service portals. 
    2. For Transfers of Ownership: The Annual Summary for the period before the transfer will be with the previous owner of the mobile number. Kindly coordinate with them.
    3. For Switching to Maxis: If you joined Maxis from another telco, please contact your former service provider to obtain the Annual Summary for the period prior to your switch.
