Annual Summary of Invoices

  • Annual Summary of Invoices is the summary of your Maxis invoices for previous year. Eg: if you're submitting in the year 2022, you will get the copy for year 2021.

  • We have prepared the summary for each account. To have it emailed to you, you just need to submit your request on Maxis app or Maxis Care.

  • You can submit your request on the following channels:

    Maxis app > Bills > Annual Sumary of Invoices
    Maxis Care Portal > Bills > Annual Summary of Invoices
    Hotlink Self Serve Portal > Bills > Annual Summary of Invoices
    WhatsApp > Manage My Account > Request for My Bill and Annual Bill Statement > Annual Bill Statement

    A copy of the Annual Summary of Invoices will be emailed to you in 24 hours.

  • Your bill is on per account basis; therefore the Annual Summary of Invoices is available on per account basis. You just need to submit your request for summary of the respective accounts which you require.

  • The summary will be based on the your monthly bill of the previous year, which is not applicable to Hotlink Prepaid.
