Annual Summary of Invoices is the summary of your Maxis invoices for previous year. Eg: if you're submitting in the year 2022, you will get the copy for year 2021.

We have prepared the summary for each account. To have it emailed to you, you just need to submit your request on Maxis app or Maxis Care.

Hotlink Self Serve Portal > Bills > Annual Summary of Invoices
WhatsApp > Manage My Account > Request for My Bill and Annual Bill Statement > Annual Bill StatementA copy of the Annual Summary of Invoices will be emailed to you in 24 hours.

Your bill is on per account basis; therefore the Annual Summary of Invoices is available on per account basis. You just need to submit your request for summary of the respective accounts which you require.

The summary will be based on the your monthly bill of the previous year, which is not applicable to Hotlink Prepaid.

If you're already on eBill, the copy will be delivered to the same valid email address.

No. Your bill delivery option will remain as what you've preferred. Should you want to activate eBill, you may do so by choosing Manage eBill function.

We are able to provide summary of the year before; if you are on eBill, you may check your email box for records.
