• What is Maxis Annual Summary of Invoices?

  Annual Summary of Invoices is the summary of your Maxis invoices for previous year. Eg: if you're submitting in the year 2022, you will get the copy for year 2021.

• Do I have to request for this Annual Summary of Invoices or everyone will be provided a copy?

  We have prepared the summary for each account. To have it emailed to you, you just need to submit your request on Maxis app or Maxis Care.

• Where can I get a summary of previous year's bill?

  You can submit your request on the following channels:

  Maxis app > Bills > Annual Sumary of Invoices
  Maxis Care Portal > Bills > Annual Summary of Invoices
  Hotlink Self Serve Portal > Bills > Annual Summary of Invoices
  WhatsApp > Manage My Account > Request for My Bill and Annual Bill Statement > Annual Bill Statement

  A copy of the Annual Summary of Invoices will be emailed to you in 24 hours.

• I have a few accounts with Maxis under my name, can I get a summary for all my accounts under my IC?

  Your bill is on per account basis; therefore the Annual Summary of Invoices is available on per account basis. You just need to submit your request for summary of the respective accounts which you require.

• If I'm having both Hotlink Postpaid and Maxis Postpaid accounts, can I request for only one bill summary?

  Your bill is on per account basis; therefore the Annual Summary of Invoices is available on per account basis. You just need to submit your request for summary of the respective accounts which you require.

• How do I get a summary for my Hotlink Prepaid?

  The summary will be based on the your monthly bill of the previous year, which is not applicable to Hotlink Prepaid.

• Can I request for this copy to be sent to another email address and not to the one activated for my eBill?

  If you're already on eBill, the copy will be delivered to the same valid email address.

• I have submitted a request for Maxis Annual Summary of Invoices. Will that change my monthly bill delivery to eBill?

  No. Your bill delivery option will remain as what you've preferred. Should you want to activate eBill, you may do so by choosing Manage eBill function.

• I have request for a copy last week and received them. However, I'd like to also request for year 2018 copy of Maxis Annual Summary of Invoices. Can I submit via app?
