Zerolution

  • Maxis Zerolution is a smart device ownership program that allows you to purchase a device with RM0 upfront payment* and pay it at 0% interest over 24 or 36 months (effective 22 September 2021).

    This program is for Malaysians only. We allow principal lines on Maxis Postpaid plan and Maxis Postpaid Unlimited plans, and supplementary lines on Maxis Postpaid Share, Maxis Postpaid 18/28 Tablet and Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch to sign up for Zerolution.

    *subject to eligibility, advance payment may be applicable.

  • You can walk-in to any Maxis stores to sign up for Zerolution.

    Tips:

    1. Go to the phone section of www.maxis.com.my,
    2. Select your preferred phone model to find out the various package under different program and
    3. Select where to buy & choose your preferred location/ channel.
  • We are offering device ownership program with up to 36 months instalment period on selected mobile devices effective 22 September 2021, so you have the options enroll for 24 months or 36 months program at point of signing up Maxis Zerolution. 

  • The longer installment period is available for flagship devices which are of high value as of now. Stay tune for more offers. 

  • At point of signing up Maxis Zerolution, you have an option to enroll for Maxis Zerolution on 24 months or 36 months instalment period. Once the contract is activated, the changes of instalment period from 24 months to 36 months or vice versa is not allowed. 

  • Zerolution allows the device to be paid for in monthly installments while device payment is collected upfront for Normal Device Contract. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details.

  • Yes, Zerolution is offered to principle and share line.

  • Please visit your nearest Maxis store to check your eligibility.

  • Annual upgrades are offered on a promotional basis with Zerolution, this offer is currently not available with Zerolution.

  • Yes, you are allowed to upgrade upon reaching your upgrade anniversary. When you do, your new Zerolution contract will begin but with no annual upgrade offer. Hence you will not be able to upgrade after 12 months of the new Zerolution contract.

  • If you wish upgrade your phone yearly, we suggest you to check out Zerolution360. If you are interested in upgrading your phone annually, we recommend signing up with Zerolution360.

  • We are sorry that you are cancelling your contract; please walk in to Maxis Store and we will assist you accordingly.

    Tip: Early termination of your Zerolution contract will require you to pay a device remaining balance charge. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details.

  • Yes. You are welcome to upgrade your rateplan to any Maxis Postpaid plan with higher commitment and you may revert to its original plan subsequently without incurring any penalty. However, downgrading your rate plan OR changing your rate plan to a non-eligible plan will be recognised as early termination for your Zerolution contract.

    For share line on Maxis Postpaid Share, you are required to have active principal line on Maxis Postpaid plan with available share line slots.

  • Your principal line is not contracted when your share line is contracted. 

  • You will need to upgrade your Maxis Postpaid Share line to any Maxis Postpaid principal line to continue your Zerolution contract or terminate the contract on your Maxis Postpaid Share (termination penalty will apply).

  • If you wish to perform a transfer of ownership, you will need to terminate your contract and pay off the remaining device balance. 

  • Yes, device with Zerolution on Maxis Postpaid Share is eligible to sign up for Maxis SafeDevice.

  • If you have subscribed to Maxis SafeDevice separately which includes coverage for attended theft you may submit a claim. To claim, provide a police report and our Claims Hotline 1800 88 6888 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6.30pm)

    If you do not have Maxis SafeDevice subscription and wish to terminate Zerolution contract during early, a device non-return fee will be charged.

  • If you have a Safe Device subscription separately, you are covered for accidental damage, attended theft & quick turnaround times. For damage claims, simply call our Claims Hotline at 1800 886888 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6.30pm).
