How do I sign up for Maxis Direct Debit?
You may request to sign up for Direct Debit at the point of service registration and our team will assist you. If you are already using Maxis services, you can always do it on your own
Recently I have changed my credit card. How do I update my credit card details?
You can change your debit or credit card details thru Maxis Online Account or MyMaxis App, just by clicking 'Manage My Direct Debit'.
I lost my credit card recently. How do I stop my bills being charged thru my card?
Please proceed to suspend your credit card via Maxis Online Account or MyMaxis App. Click 'Manage My Direct Debit'. Subsequently, you can do that in the Maxis Pay portal too.
Do I need to pay any fee to activate my credit card which has been suspended earlier?
No fee is required to activate your credit card.
