Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Exclusive Device Campaign for Samsung Galaxy S22 Series

    1. The Campaign: Maxis Exclusive Device Campaign for Samsung Galaxy S22 Series.
    2. You: Person(s) signing up Maxis Zerolution Contract (Maxis Postpaid 98 and above only) for the following mobile device model under this Campaign: -
      1. Samsung Galaxy S22;
      2. Samsung Galaxy s22+; or
      3. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
      collectively, “Mobile Device”.
    3. Campaign Period: from 25 May 2022 until 17 June 2022 (both dates inclusive).
    4. The Campaign and use of the Service(s) is subject to our General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
    5. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    6. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC. Further, this Campaign is subject to the SSTC Maxis Zerolution Contract for Devices at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/devices/contract/zerolution/ .For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC and the SSTC Maxis Zerolution for Device , this SSTC shall take precedence.
    7. We reserve the rights without liability to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within twenty-eight (28) days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
    1. You must be a new or existing customer of Maxis who port-in to Maxis and must purchase any of the Mobile Device under Maxis Zerolution plan (with any new sign up of Maxis Postpaid 98 and above only) during the Campaign Period who are at least 18 years of age.
    2. You must not terminate Maxis Zerolution Device Contract during and after the Campaign Period.
    3. This Campaign is inapplicable to you if you have any outstanding payments with us and is a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    4. Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to confirm if you are suitable and/or eligible for the Offer (as defined below).
    1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with the postpaid plan subscription and Mobile Device purchased by you both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges excludes applicable taxes.
    1. Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Campaign and successful registration of Maxis Zerolution plan (with Maxis Postpaid 98 and above only), you will be entitled to enjoy Zerolution fee waive on the Mobile Device for the first three (3) months (“Offer”) which will be reflected in your bill;
    1. You shall NOT during the Campaign Period:
      1. fail to activate the Maxis postpaid plan or Maxis Zerolution Contract;
      2. terminate or suspend the registered Maxis postpaid plan or Maxis Zerolution Contract;
      3. request to change or transfer the registered Maxis postpaid plan or Maxis Zerolution Contract to another person.
    2. If any of the events in clause 14 above occur, we shall have the right to immediately terminate your registered Maxis postpaid plan and/or Maxis Zerolution Contract, in which you shall be liable to pay us all associated Charges including any applicable early termination charges as stated in the applicable SSTC.
    1. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
    2. The Mobile Device is not returnable upon acceptance.
    3. This Offer is not applicable to Maxis employees (permanent or contract).
    4. This Offer is not applicable with any other Maxis campaign or promotion.
    5. This Offer is only applicable to one (1) customer for each registered principal Maxis postpaid line.
    6. This Offer is only available via the invite sent by Samsung.
    7. Other terms and conditions of Maxis Zerolution Contract for Devices at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/postpaid/zerolution/ will apply to the Mobile Device shall apply.
    8. We reserve the right to rescind any of the subsidies given on Mobile Device in the event you terminate your postpaid plan /account.
    9. Depending on your credit check result and applicable commitment period, we may collect from you device advance payment. If we collect device advance payment from you, such advance amount will be refunded to you by way of rebate directly to your monthly bill over a period of 24-months, or 36-months, as the case maybe.
