Managing DataPool via Maxis Self Serve

 

How do I manage DataPool via Maxis Self Serve?

Step by step guide on how to manage your DataPool:

Step 1: Login to your Maxis Self Serve.
Step 2: On Maxis Self Serve landing page, tap on "Manage DataPool". 
Step 3: Tap on the mobile number you wish to make the change to.
Step 4: Select one of the predefined limits for the number and tap "Confirm".
Step 5: A banner at the top of the screen will notify you of the successful change and the new limit is reflected immediately in the Share Line(s) section.

On Maxis Self Serve landing page, tap on “Manage DataPool”.

Step 3

Tap on the mobile number you wish to make the change to.

Step 4

Select one of the predefined limits for the number and tap "Confirm".
