FAQ: S24 Series Pre-Order Promo (Free 24 Months Samsung Care+)

  • The free 24-month Samsung Care+ is a limited-time offer, while stocks last for customers who pre-order any S24 series model (note that this promo was expired at 31 Jan 2024, 5:00PM and subsequent pre-orders made after this date and time are not eligible for this promo). Samsung Care+* is embedded into S24 series mobile devices at Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“Samsung”) free of charge to Maxis’ subscribers for 24 months. The free 24-month Samsung Care+ comprises:

    1. 2 years coverage for accidental & liquid damage and 1 year extended warranty underwritten by Tune Insurance Malaysia Berhad (“Tune”); and
    2. 2 years Samsung Care+ Device Support Package (Value-Added Service)

  • No. Once you have collected the Mobile Device, you will be automatically entitled for the 24-month device protection which starts from the date you collected your mobile device at one of our Maxis Stores or receive the mobile device via delivery (if you have ordered online). Please allow up to 30 days after your device has been collected for the details of Samsung Care+ to be reflected in your mobile device.

  • You may check your Samsung Care+ status on your phone setting. Go to Setting > About Phone > Samsung Care+. Once Samsung Care+ has been activated, you will be able to see the coverage period. For further assistance, please email Samsung's customer service at cs.my@careplus.co or call 03 9078 4999.

  • You can visit https://my.careplus.co or call 03 9078 4999.

    • You can choose to have it picked up from your location or go to any Samsung Authorized Service Center to deliver your Galaxy.
    • Samsung will get your Galaxy repaired through our nationwide network of Samsung Authorized Service Center.
