  • You can still enjoy FREE 3 months offer if you upgrade to any Maxis Postpaid plan with higher commitment. For downgrade, FREE 3 months offer will be discontinue and device remaining balance may be applicable.

  • Yes. You are welcome to upgrade your rateplan to any Maxis Postpaid plan with higher commitment and you may revert to its original plan subsequently without incurring any penalty. However, downgrading your rate plan OR changing your rate plan to a non-eligible plan will be deemed as early termination of your Zerolution contract.

  • Your principal line will be contracted on Zerolution for 24 or 36 months.

    Early termination of your Zerolution contract will require you to pay a device remaining balance charge.

    Early termination fee is calculating based on [(Recommended Retail Price (RRP) ÷ 24 months) x remaining month(s) of Commitment Period] + Device non-return fee or; [(Recommended Retail Price (RRP) ÷ 36 months) x remaining month(s) of Commitment Period] + Device non-return fee
