Maxis Postpaid Connect Plans RM8 Rebate Campaign FAQ

  • You will enjoy a bill rebate of RM8 x 12 months when you register a new Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 or Maxis Postpaid Tablet Connect 18 for your smartwatch* or tablet* from 13th October 2022 until 28th February 2023 (extended until 31st December 2023)

    The rebate will be reflected to your Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 or Maxis Postpaid Tablet Connect 18 and/in your bill from month 2 onwards once mentioned plans are activated.

    Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 plan designed for use on Apple Watch and other smartwatches and Maxis Postpaid Tablet Connect 18 is meant for use on tablet.

  • This offer is open all subscribers of Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 or Maxis Postpaid Tablet Connect 18 during the promotion period, who are

    1. Malaysian and Foreigner
    2. Aged 18 years old and above
    3. New or an existing Maxis customer
  • You just sign up for Maxis Postpaid Connect 18 & Maxis Postpaid Tablet Connect 18 to enjoy.

    And, once activation of these plans is done within the promotional period, you will automatically enjoy the rebate of RM8 x 12 months from month 2 onwards.

  • There is no contract to this rebate offer.

  • You will be able to enjoy the rebate while your service is being barred.
    If your service is suspended, you will not enjoy the rebate during the suspension period. One your service is reactivated; you will enjoy the remaining months of the rebate.

  • There is no contract on this rebate and plans, you may terminate the plans. Early termination fee is applicable if your device is purchased on Maxis Zerolution.
