• 1. What is the Maxis Bonanza Zerolution PWP Offer?

  The Maxis Bonanza Zerolution Purchase with Purchase (PWP) Offer is an offer that comes with your Zerolution sign-up through any Maxis sales channel. The offer entails an automatically applied discount for selected outright purchase (No Contract) mobile devices and accessories sold on the Maxis Online Store.

  Discounts are available with the eligible mobile plans as follows:

  RM150 off discount

  • Maxis Postpaid 99, 109;
  • Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 99, 109

  RM300 off discount

  • Maxis Postpaid 139, 169, 199;
  • Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 139, 169, 199

• 2. When is the Offer Period?

  The offer is available from 8 November 2024 to 5 February 2025.

• 3. Who is eligible for the Zerolution PWP Offer?

  This offer is available to both new and existing Maxis customers who have

  • signed up for a Zerolution contract with a new device within the Offer Period and
  • subscribed to an eligible mobile plan, as mentioned in the first QnA.

• 4. When can I redeem my Zerolution PWP Offer?

  The discount offer will be available within 5 days after the start of your Zerolution contract and must be redeemed within 14 days of issuance.

  Example:
  

  If you sign a Zerolution contract on the 8^th of November, your discount offer will be available from 13 November to 26 November (inclusive of both dates).

• 5. Will I be notified when my Zerolution PWP Offer is available for redemption?

  You will receive a push notification from the Maxis App (if you’ve enabled notifications) and an email once your discount offer is ready for redemption.

• 6. How do I redeem my Zerolution PWP Offer?

  • Visit the Home page on the Maxis App
  • Click on the Maxis Bonanza device or accessory banner(s) below “What’s Hot”
  • Browse the available items
  • Add your desired item to cart
  • Check that the discount is already automatically applied when the item is in your cart
  • Click Checkout Now
  • Enter your payment and delivery details
  • Complete your purchase

• 7. Do I need the Maxis App to redeem the offer?

  The discount offer is only redeemable through the Maxis App, if you have not registered an account on the Maxis App, your PWP Offer will be available within 5 days of successfully registering an account, given that you have already purchased a device on Zerolution within the Offer Period.

• 8. What are the applicable devices and accessories?

  For the full list of applicable devices and accessories, please refer to the outright purchase catalogue on https://www.maxis.com.my/en/promotions/mobile-home-deals/.

  Note: The discount offer is applicable to a single No Contract item only. While stocks last.

• 9. What happens to the remainder if the item I want costs less than the discount amount that I have?

  Any remainder or unused amount will be forfeited and cannot be converted to cash nor used on an additional item.

• 10. I do not see the discount applied before check-out, what should I do?

  If you fulfil all eligibility requirements but do not see your discount applied, please reach out to us via chat/call assistance found on the right side of your screen.
