Frequently Asked Questions

Relocate

  • First, visit here at Maxis Fibre page to check if your new address is within coverage.

    If your new address is within coverage, walk-in with your modem to relocate your service. Please note that there will be no service at your existing premise until installation is done at your new premise. Please bring along your modem as RM200 is chargeable for not returning the modem.

    If you choose to install new service at your new premise and then terminate your existing service; however with this choice, please note that:

    • You will pay for both services when the new one is activated and existing is yet to be terminated;

    • You may be subjected to early termination fee if your existing service is still within contract.

    If your new address is not within our coverage area, bring along your modem and walk into your nearest Maxis Centre to terminate your subscription. You may keep the router & DECT phone (if any).

  • Waiver will be given if you are relocating your Maxis Fibre to your new premise.

  • This would be depending on the location. Different areas may use different VOIP number range.
