All Maxis Postpaid customers who have an active personal mobile number can subscribe for this service. For Business accounts, kindly check with your respective company policy.
Please note that customers on Maxis Wireless Broadband and Maxis Home Fibre Internet are not eligible to subscribe for this service.

Step 4: Sign up or log in your KKBOX Account
Step 5: Click to confirm subscription activation
Step 6: Receive confirmation SMS & start enjoying KKBOX!
You will receive a confirmation SMS after you have successfully subscribed to the service.
KKBOX is a third party service that Maxis is exclusively bringing to our customers and the full charge for KKBOS is taken on the very first day of subscription. That is why we are not able to pro-rate this service.
Yes, KKBOX is accessible via other Internet and Wi-Fi connections.
Yes, streaming KKBOX app will consume your Internet quota. Alternatively, you can also stream KKBOX app over a Wi-Fi connection.
Yes, you can access your KKBOX Premium account on other supported devices. However, only one device is able to stream music on that account at any one time.
To change, you have to subscribe your KKBOX Premium, upon reaching the renewal date, your KKBOX Premium account will be changed to the ‘KKBOX Free' version where you have limited access to songs and account services.
