  • The warranty period for DECT phone is 12 months.

  • The free DECT phone is bundled to selected plans for NEW sign up only.

  • The VOIP is enabled and activated, you just need to get any DECT phone and plug in to use. Alternatively, you can purchase one from our Maxpert when they visit your home for installation.

  • During the 12 months warranty period, we replace faulty DECT phone supplied by Maxis.
