If you are shortlisted, you will be notified via the email address provided in your application. Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will receive notifications.

What kind of assessments will I need to go through?

After applying, you’ll be asked to complete a psychometric digital assessment. If successful, you will be invited to the in-person assessment center, where you’ll participate in case studies, group activities, and interviews with our leaders.

What happens after the assessment?

After the in-person assessment center and interviews, successful candidates will receive an offer to join the Maxis Graduate Programme.

Eligibility

To apply for the Maxis Graduate Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Nationality: Malaysian citizens aged 21 and above
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5, or an Upper Second Class Honours (2:1), or WAM 80% and above, or equivalent
Work Experience: Not more than 2 years of full-time work experience post-graduation
Leadership Qualities: Proven leadership through participation in extra-curricular activities
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Personal Traits: Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
Mindset: Strategic thinker with the ability to learn quickly
Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
