What are some of the details about the Free Maxis Pass?
Maxis is conscious of the importance of its connectivity network, and is ready to help its customers stay connected, we would be offering 1GB Data daily during the MCO period.
When can I start subscribing to the pass?
The pass will be available for redemption from 1st April 2020 onwards.
Can I use this daily pass throughout the day?
This 1GB 1Day pass is valid for usage from 8:00am to 6:00pm only, any usage outside the aforementioned hours will be deducted from your data pool or active passes.
What is the validity of this pass?
The pass is valid for 1 day, the pass expires at 11:59:59pm. Data usage for the pass is 8:00am to 6:00pm. You can redeem it daily during the MCO period.
Is this pass available to all the Maxis Customers?
Yes, this pass would be available to all Maxis Postpaid Customers (Consumer and Business plans) as well as Hotlink Postpaid (Including Hotlink Postpaid & Fibre) and Prepaid customers. MaxisONE Prime customers are not included as they are enjoying unlimited internet now.
How long is the 2 months free trial offer campaign?
The trial offer is available in response to the increased needs for employees to work from home due to COVID-19 situation.
Is there a contract tied to the free trial offer?
No, there is no contract.
What is the pre-requisite to sign up for Voice Connect app?
- Must have ONEBusiness Voice Connect service on ONEBusiness Fibre (5 lines, 9 lines or more). Single Unlimited Voice Connect line that is bundled with Business Fibre is not eligible.
- Voice Connect lines that they are currently paying RM25 /line/month (not the old BVE package).
- To use the App, the customer must be on a Maxis postpaid mobile line.
If I am an existing Voice Connect customer, can I subscribe?
Yes you can. Please contact 1919 and inform our representative on your interest to subscribe for the Voice Connect App. You will be required to submit a letter of registration/request.
If I am a new customer with no existing Business Fibre or Voice Connect service, how can I subscribe for the Voice Connect App?
You may contact 1700-81-8881 or leave your contact details on the website and a Maxis representative will contact you.
