MyMaxis App Guides The Future Of Self-serve Customer Experience

The new MyMaxis App is now available for Maxis postpaid customers to download from Google Play store and App store. MyMaxis App a self-serve app with a user experience that is so easy and simple to use (swipe/touch to view different screens), has a mobile internet usage tracker and rewards that follow you wherever you go. Customers also only need to log in once to access their information at their fingertips.

As a self-serve app, you can view account information at a glance, access self-serve features quickly, download and pay your bills, check data usage and even buy data passes. As a rewards app, it offers customers over 100 rewards in dining, travel, entertainment, health & beauty and shopping categories using location-based technology, where customers will receive alerts when they are nearest to them. They can then view and redeem these rewards that are based on five key categories.

"The roles of physical centres have evolved from being very transactional-oriented to consultation- based, so activities like checking bills, usage tracking, purchasing and payments can be done by the customers themselves simply through this app. We have even worked out that this app actually saves over 34 hours of your time a year!

We aim to make this app as a single preferred choice for all key customer activities.The MyMaxis app also shows that while we have invested in digitisation to ensure that our customers have full control over their accounts via their smartphones, we are still keeping a personal connection with them through rewards that follow them wherever they go," said Dushyan Vaithiyanathan, Maxis' Head of Consumer Business.

To start using MyMaxis, download the for free from Google Play for Android users and from the App Store for iOS users. Once downloaded, only a one-time log in is required to access to their account information and rewards.
