Hotlink, the prepaid brand of Maxis, today launched its Hotlink RED App from which customers will have instant access to rewards for staying connected, as well as a best-in-class self-serve app for an unmatched customer experience. The app amplifies Hotlink’s ‘Always On’ experience, defined by its game-changing prepaid plan #Hotlink, which offers an ‘always connected’ internet experience with free social messaging and high speed internet at RM1 per day.
By downloading the Hotlink RED App, customers will automatically gain access to year-round #LiveLifeLoud rewards, which include VIP access to their favorite celebrities, exclusive giveaways such as autographed merchandise and instant daily rewards, epic experiences to music festivals and concerts as well as opportunities to be up close & personal with inspiring personalities.

The Hotlink Red App is also a best-in-class self-serve app designed to enrich and simplify the lives of Hotlink’s customers, enabling them to take full control of their prepaid account such as track their balance and data usage, top up and purchase mobile internet services for an unmatched customer experience.
At the launch of the Hotlink Red App today, prepaid customers were offered a preview of these year-long #LiveLifeLoud rewards including custom-made activities with some of Malaysia’s social stars and celebrities, while local artistes and bands took the stage and entertained the crowd throughout the night.

#Hotlink, launched in October last year, represents a new category of mobile internet usage, which eliminates the current high entry barrier since there are no pay-per-use charges, making it an ideal product that is aimed at widening access to the internet.
