The launch took place in conjunction with the SME Business Conference 2013, and was officiated by YBhg Datuk Ir. (Dr) Mohamed Al Amin Abdul Majid Chairman, SME Corporation Malaysia, accompanied by YM Raja Tan Sri Dato' Seri Arshad bin Raja Tun Uda, Chairman of Maxis Berhad; and Shanti Jusnita Johari, Head of Enterprise Solutions, Maxis Berhad.

SME Business Conference 2013

Themed “Moving Businesses Forward”, the SME Business Conference 2013 is a collaboration between Maxis and Malaysia’s leading SME business newspaper, Malaysia SME ™ (MSME). It kicked off in Penang on 13 June, and continued its journey through Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and finally in Kuala Lumpur. The main objective of the conference is to enable participants to identify business growth opportunities by providing insights on commercial business, information on advanced technology, government support and schemes and best practices.

“The SME Business Conference series is part of Maxis’ continuous support and commitment to grow local SMEs. It empowers SMEs with the relevant tools and knowledge to grow their business as well as embrace technology to help them run their business more efficiently,” added Shanti.

The SME Business Conference drew approximately 1,000 participants from the business community, including aspiring and veteran entrepreneurs.
