Why is there no Zerolution360 offered for iPhone?

Zerolution360 is offered on selected phones. You may still get the iPhone on Zerolution or Normal Device Contract.

 

When will Maxis provide Zerolution360 offer for iPhone?

iPhone will not be offered on Zerolution360. You can get the iPhone on Zerolution or Normal Device Contract.

 

Since Zerolution360 is not available for iPhone, how can I get an iPhone with Maxis?

You can still get an iPhone on a 24-month Zerolution or Normal Device Contract with Maxis.

 

If I am a Zerolution360 customer who is eligible to upgrade my device by end of November and I want to upgrade to the iPhone, will I get re-enrolled in Zerolution360?

No, as the iPhone is not available on Zerolution360.
If you have completed 12 months contract and choose to upgrade to a new device, you may proceed to upgrade to any other device offered with Zerolution360.
If you have completed 24 months contract on your current Zerolution360 contract, you can return your device and sign up for iPhone contract on a 24-month Zerolution or Normal Device Contract with Maxis.

 

If I decided to upgrade my current Zerolution360 contract to the iPhone with Zerolution or Normal Device Contract, do I need to pay for the penalty?

For Zerolution360 customers, after you have paid 12 months Zerolution360 monthly fee you are eligible to enjoy an upgrade but need to be on Zerolution360 contract.
If you decide to recontract to Zerolution or Normal Device Contract but still have not serve more than 24 months, you need to return your phone and pay penalty for the remaining months on Zerolution360 before can sign up for new contract.
If you have completed 24 months contract on your current Zerolution360 contract, you can return your device and sign up for an iPhone contract on a 24 month Zerolution or Normal Device Contract with Maxis.

 

Is Zerolution360 still available for Android devices?

Yes, Zerolution360 is still available for selected Android devices.
