In conjunction with the iPhone 15 series launch, Maxis is running a Trade In & Win Big Campaign which will give away the following prizes:

This campaign is all about trade in and iPhone 15 series with Maxis. First, you must be a Malaysian or non-Malaysian who aged 18 years old and above and have an active Maxis Postpaid/ Maxis Unlimited Postpaid/ Maxis Family Plan service (s) under Consumer Individual or Business Individual that is registered under your own NRIC/ Passport with Maxis.

Consolation Prize Grand Prize
- Conduct a device diagnostic test on your old device (the device that you wish to trade in) via the “Maxis Trade In” app completely.
- Device diagnostic test can be done multiple times, but it’ll be counted as one (1) entry per Maxis Postpaid/ Maxis Unlimited Postpaid service. Every entry ending with 9 will stand a chance to win. i.e., 9th,19th, 29th, 39th
- Conduct a device diagnostic test on your old device (the device that you wish to trade in) via the “Maxis Trade In” app and complete your trade in at Maxis store nationwide and;
- Sign up any iPhone 15 series under Normal Device Contract or Maxis Zerolution at Maxis store nationwide
- Device diagnostic test can be done multiple times, but it’ll be counted as one (1) entry per Maxis Postpaid/ Maxis Unlimited Postpaid service. The 199th, 299th, and 399th entry with purchase of any iPhone 15 series will stand a chance to win
The campaign period is 29th September 2023 to 31st December 2023. All winners will be contacted by our representatives within 21 working days after the end of the campaign period.
You are welcome to join us, simply register the available Maxis Postpaid/ Maxis Unlimited Postpaid/ Maxis Family plan by getting a new number (MSISDN) from Maxis/ change from Hotlink Prepaid/ Hotlink Postpaid/ or even change from other local providers (port-in).
After it has been successfully activated, download “Maxis Trade In” app from Google Play store (Android) or App Store (iOS) to begin trading in your old device. The app will give quotation on the trade in value after you have conducted the diagnostic.
To complete your trade in (final trade in value will be quoted by our Maxis store assistant to you based on their final grading) and purchase of any iPhone 15 series, walk into any of Maxis store nationwide.
Yes! you can still participate if you conduct a diagnostic via the “Maxis Trade In” app on your old device to stand a chance to win Consolation Prize. To stand a chance to win the Grand Prize, walk into any of Maxis store nationwide to complete the trade in during the Campaign Period.
Yes, you will stand a chance to win Consolation Prize since you have traded in your old device during the Campaign Period. Since the first pre-requisite is to conduct a device diagnostic via the “Maxis Trade In” app.
However, we are sorry to inform you that you will not be able to win the Grand Prize since the device that you have purchased is Samsung Galaxy A14, and not an iPhone 15 series.
Thank you for registering with Maxis and participating in this campaign. And we are sorry that you have decided to terminate your service with Maxis. Your participating number (MSISDN) must remain active with the iPhone 15 contract (if any) until we have called and confirmed that you have won. Otherwise, your participation will be forfeited.
You may conduct the diagnostic test or trade in multiple times but all tests and/or trade in’s using the same phone number (MSISDN) shall be considered as one (1) entry, otherwise you are using other MSISDN that is registered under your NRIC/Passport, then It will consider as more than one (1) entry and you will have more chance to win.
Yes, you can as long as both Consolation and Grand Prize criteria is fulfilled.
Shortlisted participants will be contacted by our representatives within 21 working days after the end of the Campaign Period. If you are contacted, answer a simple question and you are entitled to win based on the category you are shortlisted for, and all the winners will be announced on our official corporate website.
