Maxis Postpaid 98

  • This offer entitles you to a monthly RM10 rebate off Maxis Postpaid 98 or Maxis Postpaid 108, if your line and Share Line (if any) do not sign up for a device contract. 

    You will get a maximum of RM120 rebate over 12 months. 

  • Yes, if you sign up for this offer then the line receiving the RM10 monthly rebate will be contracted for 12 months. During this contract period, you are required to maintain your line on Maxis Postpaid 98 or higher.

  • By agreeing to take up this offer, you will be contracted for 12 months and will be subject to a one-time penalty fee of RM120 if you perform any one of the following:

    • Downgrade your plan to below Maxis Postpaid 98;
    • Terminate your line before finishing your 12-month contract period.
  • You can still proceed to sign up for a plan but will not be entitled for the RM10 x 12 months rebate. You will pay the standard monthly commitment of RM98 for Maxis Postpaid 98 or RM108 for Maxis Postpaid 108.

  • You are welcome to take up a device offer on your principal line (Maxis Postpaid 98) or Share Line (Maxis Postpaid Share 48) during your contract period. By doing so, you will no longer be entitled to the RM10 monthly rebate on your rate plan. Your penalty will be waived and you will instead start a new device contract that overrides the existing 12-month contract period.

  • If you upgrade your plan during the contract period, you will continue to enjoy the RM10 rebate monthly until the end of the contract period. You can always change back your rate plan to your entry plan and continue to enjoy the RM10 rebate for the remaining duration. However, should you downgrade your plan below Maxis Postpaid 98 then your contract will be terminated and you will be charged a one time penalty fee of RM120.

  • No, your Share Line is linked to your Maxis Postpaid 98 contract. If your Share Line has a device contract, your principal line on Maxis Postpaid 98 is not eligible to enjoy this offer.

  • Yes, this offer is available for both new and existing customers, as long as your principal line is on Maxis Postpaid 98 or 108 and does not have a device contract. If you have any Share Lines, they must not have device contracts either.

  • Yes, your Maxis Postpaid 98 or 108 under Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre is eligible for the rebate, if your principal line and Share Lines (if any) are not under any home device contract or mobile device contract.
