  • This promotion is valid for new or existing Maxis customer who signs up a new mobile line on Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Postpaid Unlimited 109, 139, 169 or 199 via Maxis Online Store at www.maxis.com.my during the campaign period. For customers who signs up a new mobile line with device on the eligible plans via Maxis Online Store, they will need to enter promo code “MAXIS240” during checkout.

  • No, this offer is only applicable for new sign up of Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Postpaid Unlimited 109, 139, 169 or 199 via Maxis Online Store at www.maxis.com.my during the promotion period.

  • This offer is available only on Maxis Online Store at www.maxis.com.my

  • Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your rate plan and continue to enjoy the rebate within 12 months.

  • No, this offer is only applicable for new sign up of Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Postpaid Unlimited 109, 139, 169 or 199 via Maxis Online Store at www.maxis.com.my

  • There is no contract to this offer.

  • You may terminate your line anytime. If your mobile line is contracted, early termination charge will be applicable.

  • Yes, you will enjoy RM20 for 12 months on each new mobile line on Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Postpaid Unlimited 109, 139, 169 or 199, up to maximum 10 lines per NRIC.

  • The rebate is only valid for 12 months and it will offset your monthly commitment.

  • You will receive the RM20 x 12 months rebate credited to your Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Postpaid Unlimited account as per below: 

    For new number or pre to post sign up, the rebate will be fulfilled immediately upon mobile line activation, and it will be reflected on your 1st month bill. 

    For activation with number switch from other location operators, rebate will be reflected from your 2nd bill onwards.
