  • Yes, you will receive monthly SMS reminders for monthly passes. As for the One-Year pass, you will only receive an activation SMS upon subscription.

  • Yes, you can convert to the One-Year pass bundle upon the expiry of your monthly pass, provided if you have not subscribed to the One-Year pass bundle before. Please click here to manage your subscription.

  • No, the One-year pass is for a single one time subscription only. Your subscription will be automatically renewed into the 30-day bundle passes upon the expiry of the one-year pass (after 12 months).

  • You can subscribe to only 1 pass based on 1 MSISDN.

  • The pass validity varies according to the pass. You may check your subscription status here.

  • Yes, you are allowed to change your subscription plan once your current pass has expired. You can manage your subscriptions here.

  • One-Year Pass bundle will expire automatically after 12-month validity hence unsubscription is not required. For monthly pass, you can manage your subscription status here.

Your feedback or enquiry on billing, network and service connectivity will be responded to within 48 hours.

We will make 3 staggered attempts to reach our customers.

If we are not able to reach customers for us to validate matters and gather any required information for our onward action, customers will be encouraged to engage our channels below for any further assistance:
