Pakej RAHMAH is a program initiated by the Government of Malaysia to provide a cheaper internet option to help reduce the cost of living for targeted groups of Malaysian. We are offering Maxis Home Fibre 30Mbps at a reduced price at RM69/month (normal price RM89/month). The plan is available only at selected Fibre addresses under Maxis owned built infrastructure.

Who is eligible to sign up the Maxis Fibre Pakej RAHMAH?

All Malaysian who meets the criteria below who wish sign up a NEW home fiber connection are eligible to sign up Maxis Fibre Pakej RAHMAH: B40 segment The Disabled (OKU) Senior Citizens (60 years above) Malaysian Armed Forces and Police Veterans

Will there be any contract tied to the plans?

Yes, there will be a 24-month contract for new sign ups, like all new home fibre sign up.

Where to sign up for this offer?

Eligible customers can sign up for this offer at all Maxis stores including Maxis Online Store; subject to eligibilities check.

I’m existing Maxis Fibre subscriber, can I sign up for this offer?

No, only customer who signs up new Home Fibre plan is eligible. We would recommend you to sign up Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre plan to enjoy better mobile device offers.

Can I upgrade my Maxis Fibre after signed up this offer?

Yes, you may upgrade to any Maxis Home Fibre plan anytime.

What happens if I relocate to a non-Maxis owned built infrastructure?

If you are relocating to non-eligible areas, your Maxis Home Fibre plan is required to be changed to Maxis Home Fibre 30Mbps at RM89/month.

What will happen if I terminate Maxis Home Fibre within contract period?

If you decide to terminate the subscription before the end of the contract period, a penalty fee of remaining subscription months will be imposed.
