Key Updates to our General Terms and Conditions of Service(s) – Maxis Consumer

Dear Valued Customers,

We value your trust and want to keep you informed about some important changes to our Services. Here are the key updates to our General Terms and Conditions of Services(s) – Maxis Consumer (“GTC”):-

Service Improvements: Consumer with Special Needs (e.g., OKU or persons aged 60 and above) may appoint an Authorised Representative to subscribe to our Service(s) by providing an authorization letter to us.

Billing Transparency:

(a) We may charge you fees: (i) when you request for billing information more than three (3) months’ old or itemised billing; or (ii) where your request for billing information is frivolous, vexatious or onerous or would cause us to incur costs in carrying out your request.

(b) In the event you decide to Port-out from us, you will be requested by us (via SMS) to settle any Unbilled Charges due and payable within the stipulated period, failing which, we may reject your request to Port-out.

Please take a moment to review the full details in our updated GTC. These changes will take effect on 6 November 2023. By continuing to use our Services after 6 November 2023, you agree to be bound by the changes.
