MaxisONE Share Data Upgrade (16 May 2019 – 25 May 2019)


What is MaxisONE Share Data Upgrade?

We are upgrading MaxisONE Share’s data from 5GB DataPool + 5GB 4G Weekend to 10GB DataPool + 10GB All Day (non-shareable) on 16 May 2019.

This upgrade will be enjoyed by both new and existing subscribers of MaxisONE Share.

The upgrade will be carried out for all existing MaxisONE Share subscribers progressively from 16 May to 25 May 2019.

I am an existing subcriber of MaxisONE share, when will I get my new data quota?

If you are a subcriber of MaxisONE Plan principal line with MaxisONE Share line(s)
You will see your DataPool being refreshed according to the number of share lines between 16 – 25 May 2019. Your new quota will be reflected on your MyMaxis App.


If you are a subcriber of MaxisONE Share line
Your 5GB Weekend Data will be changed to 10GB All-Data between 16 – 25 May 2019 and reflected on your MyMaxis App. This refresh will not change the usage limit set by your by principal line.
 

Will the data quota be given in full or pro-rated according to my bill cycle?

The data quota of 10GB DataPool + 10GB All-Day Data will be given in full regards of your bill cycle for this upgrade.
