What is the warranty period for mesh WiFi?
The warranty period for mesh WiFi is 24 months.
If I have issues with my mesh WiFi, who do I go to get it fixed?
First, do refer to the installation guide to ensure that you have perform the set up properly. If issues still persist,
- For Maxis customer: Call in to 1-800-82-1123 or 123 (from Maxis mobile line) to let us troubleshoot. If your device is confirmed faulty, you can get the replacement via Maxis centres. Please bring the complete set with packaging comprising a mesh WiFi unit, power adaptor and cat5e Ethernet cable.
- For non-Maxis customer: Call in to 603-7804 8450 AZ-Technology Sdn Bhd. Customer will need to provide proof of purchase (POP).
