What was the pre-order period for Samsung S20 series?

Samsung Galaxy S20 series was open for pre-order at Maxis Online Store from 5pm, 12 Feb to 11.59pm, 20 Feb.
 

What are the models available for pre-order?

The models of Samsung Galaxy S20 series available for pre-order are:

  • Samsung Galaxy S20 128GB
  • Samsung Galaxy S20+ 128GB
  • Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 128GB

When will I receive the phone?

You will receive your preordered device from 4 Mar 2020 onwards. Here are your shipping options:-

  • Self-collection at Maxis Stores
  • Doorstep delivery

Who is eligible to pre-order Samsung Galaxy S20 series?

All individual customer with an active Maxis line and without outstanding and existing device contracts at the time of pre-order are eligible to take part.
 

Why do I need to sign contract to enjoy any one of device offers?

Yes, all of our device offers with MaxisONE plans with normal device contract or zerolution.
 

I’m serving a contract with my current service provider. Can I still submit pre-order request using my existing number if I plan to port in to Maxis?

The pre-order is only open for existing Maxis customers. If you are planning to port-in to Maxis, we would suggest you to complete port in transaction before your pre-order to ensure your pre-order goes smoothly.
 

I’m currently a Zerolution customer with Annual Upgrade and I’m eligible to upgrade my device now. Can I submit my request during pre-order?

Yes, you are able to submit your request during pre-order if you have already served the minimum period required before upgrade.
 

I’m currently a Zerolution customer with Annual Upgrade and I’m eligible to upgrade my device now. Can I upgrade to Zerolution360 during pre-order?

Your Zerolution with Annual Upgrade entitles you to upgrade with Zerolution only.
 

I’m currently a Zerolution360 customer and I’m eligible to upgrade my device now. Can I submit my request during pre-order?

Samsung Galaxy S20 series is not available on Zerolution360 during the pre-order period. Zerolution360 availability will be announced at a later date.
 

I’m currently a Zerolution360 customer and I’m eligible to upgrade my device now. Can I upgrade to Zerolution or Normal Device Contract (K2) during pre-order?

Your Zerolution360 entitles you to upgrade with Zerolution360 only.

Samsung Galaxy S20 series availability with Zerolution360 will be announced at a later date. Meanwhile, you may consider upgrade to other devices on Zerolution360.
 

Is Samsung Galaxy S20 series offered with MaxisONE Share? Can I pre-order it with my line on MaxisONE Share?

For pre-order Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+ & S20 Ultra are offered with new MaxisONE Share sign up. If you wish to own the device with existing MaxisONE Share line, you may get it from 6 Mar 2020 onwards at our retail stores.

I’m currently a MaxisONE Prime customer with active Home Device Contract. Am I eligible to submit pre-order?

This pre-order is only open for existing non-contracted customers and existing Zerolution who are eligible to upgrade their contract.
 

I’m currently a MaxisONE Prime customer without any active Contract. However, I’m not able to submit my pre-order, how to submit my pre-order since I’m currently not contracted?

MaxisONE Prime customer who wishes to pre-order, just need to give us a call at 123 and our team will assist you with your per–order.
