I have filled up the registration of interest form, when will I receive call back from Maxis?

Once you submitted your registration of interest form, an SMS will be sent to you and you will receive a call back from us within 3 days.

Am I able to get my iPhone 12 on the launch date?

You just need to update the form or WhatsApp us and we will help you to submit your pre-order. Successful pre-order customers from 6 to 8 November will be one of the first to receive the phone; for orders placed from 9 to 12 Nov@5pm, you will receive your phone from 18 Nov 2020 onwards.

If I have received a call back from Maxis, does it mean that my pre-order is successful?

Our team will process your registration of interest and help you with your pre-order. Do note that your application will be subjected to eligibility check. You will receive an SMS upon successful pre-order.

Do I need to pay any booking fee for pre-order via Maxis agent?

No booking fee is required but you might need to pay Device Advance Payment or Device Upfront Fee (where applicable) to complete your pre-order.

Will I be getting the same pre-order price as per Maxis Online Store?

Yes, offer price will be the same as our Maxis Online Store pre-order pricing.

What is the mode of device delivery? Can I opt for doorstep delivery?

Only self-collection available.
