Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – 11.11 Maxis & Hotlink Exclusive Sale Campaign

General T&C

  1. The Offer: 11.11 Maxis & Hotlink Exclusive Sale Campaign.
  2. You: Person(s) signing up for the Offer who is either new or an existing customer of Maxis or Hotlink. 
  3. Offer Period: from 9 November 2021 until 15 November 2021 (both dates inclusive).
  4. The Offer and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
  5. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
  6. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
  7. Further, the Offer is subject to Service Specific Terms & Conditions ("SSTC") – Maxis Postpaid (“Maxis Postpaid SSTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/postpaid/maxis-postpaid and Service Specific Terms & Conditions ("SSTC") – Hotlink Postpaid at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/products/postpaid/sstc/ (collectively, “Maxis/Hotlink Postpaid SSTC”). For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC and Maxis/Hotlink Postpaid SSTC, this SSTC shall take precedence.
  8. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Offer and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) at  www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.

Eligibility

  1. You are ineligible for the Offer if you have any outstanding payments with us.
  2. The Offer is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
  3. Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility for the Offer is subject to our absolute discretion. 

Charges

  1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Offer both during and after the Offer Period. Charges are excluding applicable taxes. 

Offer under the Campaign

  1. This Offer is applicable for any new or existing customer of Maxis or Hotlink who port-in or signs up for: - 
    1. any Maxis Postpaid rate plan, Maxis Home Fibre or Maxis Home 4G WiFi on Maxis Online Store; or
    2. any Hotlink Postpaid rate plan on Hotlink Online Store.
  2. By accepting this Offer and subject to the terms and conditions of this SSTC, you will enjoy the following rewards: -
    1. RM11 Touch ‘n Go credit (only for first 5000 Maxis or Hotlink customers, on a first-come, first-served basis); and/or
    2. RM50 Vivo e-voucher who purchases any Vivo device (only for first 500 Maxis or Hotlink customers, on a first-come, first-served basis).
    3. 20% off on selected accessories (subject to availability and inclusive of all types of purchases) to be redeemed at Maxis Centre. 

Restrictions

  1. You shall NOT during the Offer Period:
    1. terminate your Maxis/Hotlink Postpaid rate plan, Maxis Home Fibre and Maxis Home 4G WiFi; 
    2. fail to activate your Maxis/Hotlink Postpaid rate plan, Maxis Home Fibre and Maxis Home 4G WiFi;
    3. suspend your Maxis/Hotlink Postpaid rate plan, Maxis Home Fibre and Maxis Home 4G WiFi; or
    4. change or transfer ownership of your Maxis/Hotlink Postpaid rate plan, Maxis Home Fibre and Maxis Home 4G WiFi to another person.
  2. If any of the events in Clause 16 above occurs, you will no longer be entitled to the rewards.

Additional Features & Requirements

  1. The Offer is not exchangeable for cash.
  2. The Offer is not transferable.
  3. Only one (1) Offer per each MSISDN.
  4. We make no representation and warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of the rewards and shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered from use of the rewards.
