Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) - MaxisONE Go Wifi Rebate Campaign

  1. The Offer: Sign up for MaxisONE Go Wifi 138 and enjoy RM30 rebate for 12 months with any existing Maxis Postpaid 98/108/128/158/188 plan.
  2. You: Person(s) signing up for this Offer must be an existing Maxis Postpaid customer.
  3. Offer availability: from 21st May 2020 onwards on while stocks last basis.
  4. By accepting this Offer, you will enjoy RM30 rebate for 12 months when you sign up for MaxisONE Go Wifi 138 plan with us. The rebate will be reflected in your bill from 2nd month onwards. Thereafter, you will continue to pay the full price of the MaxisONE Go Wifi 138 plan every month.
  5. This Offer and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Service Specific Terms & Conditions ("SSTC") - MaxisONE Go WiFi (“MaxisONE Go WiFi SSTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxisone-go-wifi/, Service Specific Terms & Conditions ("SSTC") - MaxisONE Go WiFi Device Contract (“MaxisONE Go WiFi Device Contract SSTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxisone-go-wifi-broadband-device-contract/, Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
  6. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
  7. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
  8. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Offer and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/), including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.


  1. You are ineligible for this Offer if you have any outstanding payments with us.
  2. This Offer is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
  3. Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility is subject to our absolute discretion.


  1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Offer both during and after the 12 months rebate period. Charges are excluding of applicable taxes.

Rebate Period and Early Termination

  1. Subject to clause 14 below, you can enjoy RM30 rebate for 12 months (“Rebate Period”) with any existing Maxis Postpaid 98/108/128/158/188 plan upon sign up this Offer.
  2. You shall NOT during the Rebate Period:
    1. terminate your Maxis Postpaid plan; and/or MaxisONE Go WiFi 138 service
    2. suspend your Maxis Postpaid plan; and/or MaxisONE Go WiFi 138 service
    3. have your Maxis Postpaid and/or MaxisONE Go WiFi account terminated for non-payment of monthly bills;
    4. downgrade MaxisONE Go Wifi 138 for any reason whatsoever;
    5. change or transfer ownership of the Maxis Postpaid and/or MaxisONE Go WiFi 138 to another person.
  3. If any of the events in Clause 14 above occurs, you will no longer be entitled to the rebate and may be subject to early termination charge as provided under the MaxisONE Go WiFi Device Contract SSTC at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxisone-go-wifi-broadband-device-contract/

Additional Features & Requirements

  1. The Offer is not exchangeable for cash.
  2. The Offer is not transferable.
  3. You can enjoy only (1) Offer for each registered MaxisONE Go WiFi 138 and eligible Maxis Postpaid plan.


  1. Subject to the MaxisOne Go WiFi SSTC and our GTC, you may at any time terminate the Offer and/or plan(s) by:
    1. Calling our customer care line at 1-800-82-1123 or dial 123 from your mobile;
    2. By walking into our Maxis Centres listed on www.maxis.com.my; or
    3. Writing in to customercare@maxis.com.my
