What is this offer about?
This is a limited-time offer with devices being made available at a special price when you sign up for a NEW Maxis Postpaid plan from RM98/128/158/188/month and pay with a Maybank or Maybank Islamic credit or debit card.
Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this offer?
Yes, if you sign up for this offer then your Principal Line will be contracted for 24 months.
For New customers: If you sign up for this offer and take a new Principal Line with a new share line, you will be contracted for 24 months on both lines.
How do I enjoy this offer?
Just fill in the registration of interest form linked through your Maybank eDM and a Maxis representative will contact you for further registration for a new Maxis Postpaid plan and device contract of your choice.
You must be a NEW Maxis Postpaid plan sign up and you must pay with your Maybank or Maybank Islamic credit or debit card to be able to enjoy this offer.
Can I change the rate plan for my principle line after I signed up for a device contract?
You are welcome to upgrade your Principal line to a higher plan after you have signed up for a device contract, however you must serve the full contract or a penalty fee will be triggered.
Do note that your Principal device contract will continue if you decide to upgrade your plan, but a penalty fee will be applicable should you choose to downgrade or cancel your lines.
Is there a Mobile Device Advance Payment that I need to pay to enjoy this offer?
Specifically for this offer, you will be able to enjoy a waiver of the Mobile Device Advance Payment.
I am serving an existing Device Contract with my existing mobile operator. How can I accept this offer?
You will need to terminate your Device Contract with your current mobile operator and settle all outstanding amount before you can port into Maxis to enjoy this offer.
What happen if I terminate within the Device Contract period?
An Early Termination Fee will be charged. Calculation of the termination fees as follow:
