  • It’s a campaign to encourage Maxis customers to discover the brand new Maxis WhatsApp at 012 345 1123, if Maxis customers who complete at least one transaction on Maxis WhatsApp during the campaign period, they will stand a chance to win the following prizes.

    • Monthly prize of ONE (1) iPhone each for Oct, Nov and Dec 2022, a total of 3 iPhones will be given away to 3 lucky winners.
    • Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN of RM10 for every 20th customer who complete a transaction during the campaign period or up to 1,000 winners monthly and total of 3,000 winners throughout the campaign period.
  • The campaign period is 3 months, from 1 Oct to 31 Dec 2022.

  • The campaign is open to all subscribers of Maxis Mobile consumer, Hotlink Prepaid, Hotlink Postpaid and, Maxis Fibre, who are 18 years and above, with active and current account during campaign period until the selection and prize delivery is completed.

    This campaign is not open to Maxis Business subscriber and users.  

  • To participate, the eligible customer just need to do the following:

    1. WhatsApp Maxis at 012 345 1123 using Maxis Mobile or registered contact number.
    2. Perform and complete any of the following transactions (perform more transactions for better opportunity to win cool prizes)
      • Check Your Billing and Contract Info
      • Pay Bill
      • Test My Home WiFi
      • Check My Case Status
  • Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN of RM10

    • Every 20th Customer who complete specified transaction will win
    • One customers (IC) may join campaign by completing the transaction required with different mobile number and different account, but one IC may win the RM10 reload ONCE throughout the campaign period.
    • Only customer who won the prize will be informed via SMS;

    Monthly Prize of one (1) iPhone

    • All the customers who complete at least one transaction will be included in monthly draw, inclusive of those who have won the RM10 eWallet reload.
    • One customer (IC) may entre the draw monthly with different account and mobile number but can only win the monthly prize once.
    • Only customer who won the prize will be informed.
    • The prize is not transferable and exchangeable for cash.
    • The iPhone doesn’t not come with any device contract and will not be eligible for Maxis SafeDevice.

  • Selected winners will be informed within 14 days from date of winner selection.

    • Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN of RM10 winner will receive an SMS with eWallet reload PIN.
    • The monthly prize winner of iPhone will be informed via call. The call is to confirm user as a winner and proceed with necessary details. The Prize may only be delivered to the Winner at Winner’s own risk upon verification of following details:
      • User is required to answer a Maxis based question asked by Maxis representative.
      • Verification of the Winner's Full name and Identity Card (NRIC) number/Passport; and
      • Maxis number that participated in the Hotlink Rewards (Campaign Name) Campaign; and
      • Full delivery address.
