Do I need to pay for email migration services? Can someone help me?
No. Maxis will help you set up, migrate and help with onboarding your users.
What if I already own a domain? If I need to use my company email, do I need to pay extra for domain transfer service?
No. Maxis will help you transfer your domain and configure your company email with your existing domain.
What is the maximum number of Office 365 licenses I can purchase from Maxis?
A maximum number of 300 licenses can be active, at any point in time.
Is there a contract period for FlexiBiz?
There is a 12-month contract for FlexiBiz. Early termination of the FlexiBiz service will be charged in the remaining months of the contract.
What should I do if I want to add more Office 365 licenses?
You can write an official letter to BizCare or walk in to any Maxis Center. Alternatively, you can contact your Maxis Sales Rep.
You are allowed up to a maximum of 300 licenses per company. Please include your legally registered company name and the account that you wish to charge the licenses to in your official letter.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your data is yours. If you decide to cancel your FlexiBiz subscription, you can download your data—for example, your emails and documents on team sites—and save it to another location. You should save your data before you cancel.
After you cancel your subscription, the data linked to your FlexiBiz - Office365 account will be available to your administrator(s) in a limited function account for 90 days.
How long will it take to process my order?
It will take at least 3 – 5 days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed. The Maxis Maxperts Team will call you to walk you through your new service once the order is created successfully.
