What do unlimited calls and SMS include?

With this package, you can make unlimited domestic calls and SMS to any Maxis and Hotlink number as well as to any other local mobile operators and fixed line numbers. However, it does not include video calls, special numbers and toll free 1-300/1-800 number calls.

Can I use the unlimited calls & SMS and data while I am roaming?

No, unlimited calls & SMS and data are applicable for domestic usage only.

Who can sign up for the ONEBusiness Flexi package?

ONEBusiness Flexi is open to all existing and new customers. Only registered businesses are allowed to subscribe to ONEBusiness Flexi plans.

How can I manage my ONEBusiness Flexi account?

Please visit onebizhub.maxis.com.my (ONEBusiness Hub) for account management with the following functions:

  • View your account summary
  • Adjust data limit for each member line
  • View data usages for each member line
  • Purchase non-shareable data add-ons and VAS

How do I get access to ONEBusiness Hub?

All companies subscribed to ONEBusiness Flexi will have an account created based on the information indicated on the registration form. First, an email will be sent to the preferred email (as indicated on the registration form) for account activation. Subsequent log-ins to ONEBusiness Hub can be done directly on onebizhub.maxis.com.my.

Are there any other channels that I can use to adjust the data limit?

Data limit is a self-managed function, one of the features of the product for company’s control. You can only adjust the limit through the ONEBusiness Hub portal. For enquiries or customer service assistance, please dial 1800-82-1919.

In the event that the sharing data is depleted before the end of the bill cycle, can I add more data?

Yes, you can purchase data add-ons via ONEBusiness Hub (for PIC) or MyMaxis Biz App (for member line). There are 2 types of data add-ons:

  • Member: Non-shareable (time based pass): 500MB (1 Day) @ RM5; 1GB (1 Day) @ RM8
  • Member: Non-shareable (monthly recurring): 200MB (Monthly) @ RM10; 500MB (Monthly) @ RM20, 1GB (Monthly) @ RM30, 3GB (Monthly) @ RM58, 6GB (Monthly) @ RM116

Can I add more user lines into my ONEBusiness Flexi package?

Yes, you can add more user lines (line by line) into your existing ONEBusiness Flexi package from any of the ONEBusiness Flexi plans.

How and where can I purchase additional user lines for my ONEBusiness Flexi package?

You may send an order request through your ONEBusiness Hub account. Alternatively, you may call our helpline at 1800-82-1919 or contact your Account Manager/Business Partners.

Can I sign up for multiple ONEBusiness Flexi packages?

Yes. There is no limit on the number of ONEBusiness Flexi packages that you can sign up for.

If I add user lines in the middle of the bill cycle, will my user add-on lines be charged in full?

The monthly fee for your add-on user lines will be pro-rated for the 1st month’s bill cycle, but you will be getting the full data quota. Full monthly fee will be charged from the 2nd month’s bill cycle onwards.

Can I subscribe to multi SIM to share the data?

No, multi SIM is not available for ONEBusiness Flexi.

If monthly data allocation is not fully utilised, can it be carried forward?

No. The data allocation cannot be carried forward. It will be automatically forfeited at the end of your bill cycle. This applies to data add-ons as well.

How can I check my data allocation and usages?

You can check your data allocation and usage (group level and user line level) via your ONEBusiness Hub account. For user line, you could also check your data allocation and usage via the MyMaxis Biz app.

Will Maxis alert me for my data allocation and usages (group level and user level)?

Yes. Maxis will send SMS notifications to both the Person-In-Charge and the end user.

I do not want to receive SMS notifications. How do I cancel it?

Unfortunately, unlike promotional SMS selling products and services, SMS notifications are intrinsically part of the service and cannot be cancelled.

As a Person-In-Charge for the ONEBusiness Flexi, can I control the data allocation to all my user lines?

Yes, you can control and allocate the data quota with any quota allocation, so long the total allocated data is not higher than the total subscribed data. You can manage this on your ONEBusiness Hub account.

What is the range of the usage limit setting?

By default, the soft limit for each of user lines shall follow the ONEBusiness Flexi plans they have subscribed to. The Person-In-Charge (PIC) can change each limit to any quota, not lower than 100MB per line, and not more than the group total data per line.

Can user lines set or change their own usage limit?

No, only the PIC can set the usage limit. User lines can only view their usage.

If my ONEBusiness Flexi account has been barred, can all my user lines use the data?

No, if the account has been barred, all user lines are barred as well.

In the event the shareable data is depleted before the end of bill cycle, can all my user lines continue to use the service?

Yes, all your user lines can continue to call, SMS and browse the Internet but at a reduced speed.

What are the add on options for IDD and Roaming?

For IDD (International Direct Dialing): you can either add on the IDD Bundle (RM30 monthly) by line level or pay based on pay-per-use rates and by line level as well. For Roaming, the Data Roam Pass (RM38) will be assigned automatically whenever the member line travels. Roaming access is granted upon request made by the company’s PIC for its user lines.

Do ONEBusiness Flexi packages & user add-on lines packages come with a minimum term of contract?

Yes, each line is required to be active for a minimum of 24 months. Early termination of each user line will be charged with a penalty fee.

Where can I view and redeem my FlexiFund?

You can monitor your fund, track your device orders or make an order through ONEBusiness Hub.

Can I use the FlexiFund to redeem non device products or converted into a rebate?

The FlexiFund is to be used for devices and/or accessories redemptions only.
