If you have a few years of working experience under your belt and are looking for a career change, this 6-month accelerator programme is designed for you. You'll practise and enhance your leadership skills, and gain new knowledge and exposure that will help you grow professionally.
You'll work directly with the Maxis Management team, innovating and leading strategic projects. At the end of the programme, you'll be matched to a permanent role based on your personal growth and agenda.
