Download your bill with a few simple steps.

Please type your Username.

Step 2

Please key in your PIN.

New users, please note:

If you are a new user to this bill download service, you will not have a Username or Password yet.

To obtain these, please download the e-Bill Service Application Letter, fill up your information and email it to bizcare@maxis.com.my, or fax it to 03-2330 0231. Please ensure that your company letterhead is used and the authorised signatures are included.

Note: Maxis requires a minimum of one (1) working day to process your request. Maxis will send the username & PIN via SMS to the mobile number given once the request has been approved. If your request remains inactive after one (1) working day, please call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline 1800 82 1919 or call 1919 from your mobile phone.
