Here’s how to do it

To activate this service, customer is required to
type “ACTV”.
Send message to 22126 A confirmation SMS will be pushed to customer once
Step 2 is completed

  Customer to reconfirm preferred PIN number
and sent back to 22126
Customer will receive a SMS notification once service is successfully activated.

You can also issue a standing order to top up when credit is due for reload every month. Just register for this service at any Maxis Centre or Maxis Authorised Service Agent. The top-up amount will be billed to your postpaid account.

Please Note:
Existing subscribers with PIN numbers for IVR or Web use need not register for a new PIN (PIN used for bill payment will also be used for topping up)
