Not sure what you need to bring with you when you go to register your
new Maxis mobile account?
Here is a checklist of documents you will need.

- A completed copy of a Registration Form (RF), which can be obtained at Maxis Centres or MEPs outlets
- A new format Identity Card or MyKad issued at age 18 or
a valid passport. If you submit a temporary I.C., an old
format I.C., or a new format I.C., issued at age 12, you
must attach either one of these supporting
documents.
- A fixed-line phone number (not mobile phone number) must
be included with each application.
